Eating Disorders 101 - Parent and Carer education group. This group is designed to help you understand what your loved one is experiencing and how you can best support them.
School Presentation. This interactive presentation allows students to discover and define a healthy relationship with food and the body, and explore normal eating, dieting, and diet myths. Students will also get the chance to develop mindful eating skills.
